FINAL PROGRESS REPORT WITH CONSTRUCTION PHOTOS

The apparatus is at the final station of the assembly
line and from there will go for the road test, third
party pump certification, Final Product Evaluation and
then to Customer Acceptance for pick-up. The RFP date

FIFTH PROGRESS REPORT WITH CONSTRUCTION PHOTOS

The following pictures are of the chassis, body and pump
house for Custom pumper 21465TR. The chassis is on the
chassis line where the electrical harnesses,
substructure, and pre-wiring are installed. The pump
house assembly is on the Final Pump Assembly line where
the rodding for valves, running board hose trays, pump
components, and pump panels are installed. The body is
in the Final Body Assembly where the doors, tread
plates, and electrical body harness are installed. The
planned RFP date for the completed apparatus is
3/17/2009.

to arrive in Florida on 2/27/09. The body is in the
priming booth and the pump house is being readied to go
to the paint department next week. The planned RFP date

THIRD PROGRESS REPORT WITH CONSTRUCTION PHOTOS
FOR FREDERICK FIRESTONE, CO CONTENDER
The following pictures are of the chassis for Custom
pumper 21465TR. The cab has been mounted on the frame
rail assembly and the interior and exterior components
are being added. Everything is progressing well. The
chassis is scheduled to arrive in Florida on 2/20. The
body and pump house welding are in process. Next week’s
report should contain pictures of the body and pump
house. The planned RFP date for the completed truck is
3/17/2009.

SECOND PROGRESS REPORT WITH CONSTRUCTION PHOTOS

The following pictures are of the chassis cab for Custom
pumper 21465TR. The cab has been painted and will start
to have interior and exterior components added in
preparation for being merged with the frame rail
assembly. The chassis is scheduled to arrive in Florida
on 2/20. The body and pump house welding will start in
about 1 week. The planned RFP date for the completed
truck is 3/17/2009.
