Training Division
Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to learn more
about the Frederick-Firestone Fire Protection District
and for visiting the Training Division section!
The Training Division falls under the Operations Chief
and is lead by the District’s Training Lieutenant. The
Training Division is responsible for the professional
development of the District’s Firefighters, Engineers,
Officers, and Paramedics (both career and reserve).
This is accomplished by providing the District’s members
with the training and education needed to maintain
proficient skill levels and a high level of fire and
medical service knowledge. The Training Division
coordinates monthly fire and EMS training, quarterly
drills, and other specific programs. These specific
programs include:
